✔ 1 cup rava/semolina
✔ ½ cup water
✔ Oregano & salt (to taste)
Filling:
✔ Finely chopped bell pepper & onion
✔ Chilli flakes & oregano
✔ Mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
1️⃣ Blend peas, coriander, and green chilies into a coarse paste.
2️⃣ Mix in semolina, oregano, salt, and water. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
3️⃣ Prepare the filling with chopped veggies, seasonings, and mozzarella.
4️⃣ Heat a sandwich griller, pour the batter, add the filling, and cover evenly.
5️⃣ Cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
