WEIGHTLOSS RECIPES Ep-6 ( Stuffed Moong Paratha ) 🥙

When you want to lose inches but not your love for parathas… try this moong magic 🪄

Recipe :

Take 1 bowl soaked Moong Dal
Add 1/3 tsp grated Ginger
Add 2 Green Chillies
Blend it into a paste
Now, take 1 bowl wheat flour
Add 1 tsp Chilli flakes, Salt & Peri Peri masala each
Add 1 tsp black mustard seeds
Add handful of Coriander leaves
Add the blended moong dal paste
Knead it into a dough
Take, 1 cup boiled Corn
Add 1 cup grated Paneer
Add 1 cup grated Carrot
Add 1 tsp chopped Green Chilli
Add some coriander leaves
Add 1/2 tsp Salt
Add 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Add 1 tsp Garam Masala
Mix everything well
Roll the out dough & stuff it
Cook well on both sides with 1 tsp Ghee & Serve it hot !
