|| INGREDIENTS ||
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup pecans
1/4 cup coconut chips
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp flax seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup melted peanut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp melted chocolate
|| DIRECTIONS ||
1. Preheat oven to 180°F.
2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
3. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
4. Press mixture tightly into the baking dish (important for firmness!).
5. Bake for 20 minutes.
6. Let cool on the counter for 30 minutes.
7. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
8. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
9. Cut into 2-inch bars and enjoy!
