Full Recipe + Macros (Makes 3 Servings)
This is one of my go-to cutting meals: high in protein, low in calories, and actually tastes amazing.
Ingredients:
1 kg extra lean ground turkey (99% lean)
½ can corn medley
⅓ can tomato stew
1 can mushrooms (pieces/slices)
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Macros per serving:
Calories: ~467 kcal
Protein: ~73g
Carbs: ~14g
Fat: ~12g
Cooking Instructions:
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil or butter in a large pan.
Add turkey and cook until browned.
Add corn, tomato stew, and mushrooms. Stir well.
Simmer for 10 minutes until flavors blend.
Split into 3 meals and store or serve immediately.
