This video is a weight watcher friendly meal, points are listed below. I love how quick and easy this dinner is. I personally think it is better to get your tuna fresh from the seafood section of your grocery store but if you do not have that option they do sell the frozen filets like i show in this video.

dressing for salad:
3 tablespoons soy sauce = 0 opts
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar = 0 pts

garlic= 0 pts
1 tablespoon brown sugar = 2 pts
2 tsp sesame oil = 2 pts

COOKING SPRAY IS ZERO POINTS AND VEGETABLE OIL IS 1 POINT/ teaspoon
