In this recipe an easy veg sandwich recipe is made along with eggless mayonnaise recipe
To prepare eggless mayonnaise
Chill 1 cup of oil for 45 mins, 3/4 cup of milk (either raw or boiled) for 15 mins, 1 tbsp lime juice or vinegar for 15 mins. After that transfer it to a blender jar and beat it in low speed,until it becomes creamy.
Transfer it to a glass jar. And it can be stored upto 2 weeks
To prepare sandwich
Assemble fillings on one side of the bread
Apply mayo and ketchup on the other bread
Heat a tawa
Apply butter on to it and toast the bread
Once it is toasted..flip it to another side
Our easy sandwich is ready
