Steps –
– Grate the beetroot.

– Add besan (gram flour) or any suitable binding agent.
– Mix everything thoroughly and shape the mixture into cutlets.
– Heat some oil in a pan.
– Shallow fry the cutlets until golden brown on both sides.
– Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
