Lazy Paneer Sandwich

You can have the paneer with Roti and Rice too!

The reason my husband calls this dish Lazy Paneer, is because this is the laziest way to make something tasty and healthy. Because he is lazy.

Recipe

Ingredients (makes three sandwiches)
250g paneer
2 Achari Mirch or 1/2 red bell pepper
1tsp ginger paste
5 cloves of Garlic
3-4 button mushrooms
5 mint leaves
2 stalks of Coriander leaf
1 tsp Chili flakes
1 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
1 small onion
2 small tomatoes
Bread of you choice
(I used butter, but it wasn’t necessary to be honest)

For the Lassi

750g plain yoghurt
10-12 strawberries
3 tsp sugar
1 pinch salt
