HEALTHY EGG MUFFIN CUPS RECIPE- EASY GRAB AND GO BREAKFAST!

These can be made in batch cooking, cooled and frozen.
There are so many combinations that can be made so you don’t get bored of eating them. They are a great keto meal option as well as can accommodate various diet plans.

Temperature of Oven:350 F
Time: Can vary on oven but I do 20 minutes in a regular oven.
How many eggs? I used 9 eggs for 12 muffins with toppings. If you aren’t adding anything, use 1 egg per muffin.

Ingredients: Eggs, seasonings such as salt, pepper, garlic and any other spices you like.
Add in any veggies, cheese or meats you like. I don’t measure, I just put a bit in each muffin.
