Ingredients
– 50g Paneer (Cooked or Raw)
– 50g Boiled Corn
– 1 Small Cucumber (Chopped)
– 1 Small Carrot (Chopped)
– ½ Onion (Chopped)

For The Dressing
– 1 Small Beetroot (Boiled & Chopped)
– 50g Curd
– 1 Green Chilli
– 2 Garlic Cloves
– Salt & Black Pepper (To Taste)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare The Dressing
1. In a Jar, Add Green Chilli, Garlic, Beetroot, Paneer, Curd, Salt, and Black Pepper.
2. Blend Until Smooth and Creamy.

Step 2: Assemble The Salad
1. In a Bowl, Add Onion, Cucumber, Carrot, Boiled Corn, and Cooked Paneer.
2. Pour The Prepared Dressing Over The Salad.

Step 3: Mix & Serve
1. Toss Everything Well Until Evenly Coated.
