– 1 tsp honey
– 1 cup milk

Say Hi to this creamy healthy delicious Mango chia pudding
Few ingredients but is full of goodness of oats and best part is without sugar.
Simply soak chia seeds for 1- 2 hrs or until it blooms. Add half a cup of mango, some milk, blend until smooth, pour it in a bowl top up with the chia seeds, add some extra mangoes and some almonds, chill in the refrigerator for few hours and just scoop the wholesome delicious creamy chia pudding. Enjoy ☺️
