I N G R E D I E N T S : (serves 2)
for Grilled Veggies & Paneer –
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
1/2 tbsp oregano
1 cup Bell Peppers
1 cup Zucchini
Some fresh coriander
100gm Paneer
for Protein Sauce –
1/2 tsp ghee
1/2 cup green moong
1/3 cup capsicum
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
1/2 tbsp oregano
1 cup milk
1 cheese cube
– Serve with Herbed Rice 🍚
