Mexican salad recipe l Mango beans salad l Quick and healthy meal

Ingredients :

1 cup boiled beans
1 cup chopped mangoes
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes 
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
1/2 cup red cabbage

Dressing ingredients : 

1, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice 

1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp honey 
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder

Garnishing: 

few coriander leaves to garnish
1/4 tsp black sesame
1/4 tsp white sesame

Method :

For dressing, add all the dressing ingredients in the bottle and mix well.

Add all the chopped veggies along with chopped mangoes to a bowl.

Then add dressing to the salad and mix all the ingredients well. Garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves and sesame seeds. 

Enjoy the refreshing protein packed healthy salad combined with the flavours. Sweetness of mango and the freshness from herbs.
