Craving something crispy and spicy — but still healthy?
Here’s my desi twist on Korean-style veggie pancakes — made with besan, sattu, and just 2–3 drops of oil.
No maida. No deep fry. Just flavour, crunch, and a whole lot of gut-friendly goodness 💚
Paired it with spicy homemade chili oil for that perfect kick! 🌶️
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp Besan
• 1 tbsp Sattu
• 1 small Carrot
• 1 small Onion
• 1/2 Capsicum
• 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
• 1/4 cup Cabbage
• 2 Green Chillies
• 1/4 tsp Ajwain
• 1/4 tsp Haldi
• Salt to taste
• Water as needed
• 2–3 drops of Oil (for all pancakes)
🌶️ Chili Oil (served on the side):
• Chili Flakes
• White Sesame Seeds
• Olive Oil
• Mustard Oil
