50 grams paneer/cottage cheese, grated
25-30 cashew nuts, soaked in hot water for 2-3 hours
1/4 tsp rock salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/3 cup room temperature milk
1 carrot grated & water squeezed out
1/2 beetroot grated & water squeezed out
1/2 cucumber, grate & water squeezed out
1 small bell pepper, chopped small
1/2 onion, chopped small
3 tsp tomato ketchup
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp rock salt
4 heaped tsp of prepared egglass mayonnaise
6 slices bread
