🌰🥛 Dry Fruit Milkshake Recipe
Ingredients (Serves 2):
Almonds – 6–8
Cashews – 6
Walnuts – 3
Pistachios – 6–8
Dried Figs (Anjeer) – 2
Dates (seedless) – 3–4
Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
Saffron (Kesar) – a few strands
Chilled milk – 2 cups
Ice cubes – as needed
Optional: 1–2 tsp honey or sugar (if more sweetness is needed)
🥄 Instructions:
1.Soak almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios, figs, and in milk for 2 to 3 hrs.
2.Add soaked dry fruits, dates,saffron, and cardamom powder to a blender.
3.Add 1cup milk and blend until smooth and frothy
4.Add ice cubes in glass and pour into glass.
5.Garnish with slivers of dry fruits and a couple of saffron strands (optional).
Serve chilled.
