Ingredients:
500g peeled, thinly sliced potatoes
Bowl of ice water (for soaking)
Olive oil spray

Seasoning:
1 tsp brown sugar stevia
1.5 tsp salt
1.5 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp chili powder

Steps:
Slice potatoes thinly.
Rinse until the water runs clear, then soak in ice water to remove excess starch for maximum
crispiness.
Pat dry, spray with olive oil, and coat evenly in seasoning.
Air fry at 200°C/400°F for 10–15 minutes (flip & spray halfway)
OR bake at 200°C/400°F for 15–25 minutes (flip & spray halfway).
