Healthy Besan Chilla Recipe | 5-Min Breakfast | Weight Loss & High Protein Indian Breakfast

Ingredient:

Besan-1 cup
Salt- to taste
Turmeric-1/2 tsp
Hing- 1/4 tsp
Ajwain-1/2 tsp
Ginger & green chilli paste- 1 tbsp
Buttermilk-1/2 cup
Finely chopped methi- 1 cup
Coriander- 2 tbsp
Water- as required
Oil-as required

For serving:

Curd
Fried green chilli

Steps:

1. Mix besan, Salt, Turmeric, Hing, Ajwain, Ginger green chilli paste and Buttermilk and whisk all well.
2. Add methi, Coriander and water, mix all well to make thin batter.
3. Make sure your batter is very thin to get soft chilla.
4. Heat tawa and spread batter, apply oil and cook on both side.
5. Serve it with curd and fried chillies.
