Today I made a protein-packed, low-carb pizza that’s perfect for weight loss and muscle gain. Here’s what I did:

Base:
• 2 egg whites
• Grinded oats
• Cottage cheese
• Black pepper & salt

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients into a batter.
2. Spread on an oven plate and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.

Toppings:
• Onion, capsicum, mushrooms
• Marinated paneer & coriander
• A sprinkle of cheese

Bake again for 10 minutes at 180°C.
