Chiccheselate
A high-protein, healthy breakfast. It has about 20 grams of protein and 250–280 calories.
Recipe:
Whisk one egg in a bowl. Then add 70 grams of shredded chicken, a little salt, red chili powder, finely chopped 50g capsicum,onion, and cabbage. Mix everything well until fully combined.
Heat a tawa or pan and pour in the mixture. Let it cook lightly on one side until it starts setting.
add a layer of homemade cheese on top the same recipe I shared in Episode 22 and let it melt slightly,place a slice of bread on top of the omelet.
Chiccheselate is ready.
