If you have indigestion, feel gassy, constipated, bloated chances are you are not getting enough fiber!
You need approximately 30 grams of fiber in a day. (Yes the amount can differ based on body composition).
Keep in mind that hunger is a part of eating fewer calories than your body need to maintain it’s current body weight (calorie deficit) in order to lose weight.
A systematic review found that diets higher in fiber resulted in less feeling of hunger and less food consumed.
Only if you’re unable to get in enough fiber through your regular diet (eat your fruits and vegetables!) I recommend you try isabgol.
