How to make the ultimate calorie deficit hack (1KG JELLY CONCOCTION) 🍮

This used to save my life every single day when I was STARVING during my bodybuilding competition prep. It’s stupidly filling, easy to make, and you can make it as low as 300 calories if you’re really trying to save calories 👌🏼

All you need is:
👉🏼 Zero sugar jelly mix
👉🏼 Greek yogurt, protein yogurt, or protein custard of your choice (code LEE if you use @musclenation protein custard hehe xo)
👉🏼 Frozen or fresh fruit of your choice (I like some form of berries)
👉🏼 For those with extra calories, you can add granola, chia seeds, cereal, muesli, chocolate syrup, etc.
