High Protein Chicken Salad Recipe | Healthy Weight Loss Salad

Ingredients…

• Boneless Chicken Breast – 200 gms
• Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
• Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
• Salt – ½ tsp (or to taste)
• red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
• Hung curd – 1 tbsp
• Carrot – 1 cup
• Tomato – 1 medium (chopped)
• Onion – 1 small (sliced)
• Capsicum – ½ (chopped)
• Lettuce Leaves – 1 cup
• Corn – ¼ cup (boiled)

For Dressing:
• Hung Curd / Greek Yogurt – 2 tbsp
• Olive Oil – 1 tsp
• coriander
• mixed herb
• garlic powder
• Red chilli powder
• Salt to taste

Process….

1. Marinate & Cook Chicken – Rub chicken breast with olive oil, salt & pepper. Grill or pan-cook till golden and juicy. Cut into bite-size cubes.
2. Prepare Veggies – Chop cucumber, tomato, onion, capsicum, lettuce & corn.
3. Make Dressing – Mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, pepper & honey till smooth.
4. Mix Salad – In a bowl, combine all veggies, add chicken pieces, pour dressing, toss well.
5. Serve – Garnish with seeds or nuts if you like & enjoy fresh!
