Here are the two recipes that I made this past weekend to have some meals ready to go for the week. If you are busy like me, you know how hard it can be to get in your daily nutrients! These are two easy recipes to help you stay on track. Thanks for watching 🙂

White Chicken Chilli:

4 Chicken Breasts
1/2 onion chopped
1 stalk celery
1 container chicken broth
3 gloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Cumin
juice from 1/2 a lime
Pink Himalayan salt
1 can low fat cream of chicken soup
2 cans white beans (drained)
1 can white corn (drained)
2 cans chopped green chilies ( I used green pepper because I forgot to buy chilies oopsie)

Stuffed Bell Peppers:
5 bell peppers
1 cup rice
Ground beef
tomato sauce
paprika
seasoning salt
franks hot sauce
