Welcome back to my channel, this easy veggie sauce recipe is a healthy low calorie meal that can be paired with any carb like potatoes, rice, yam and even pasta, it is suitable for weightloss and very filling….
Ingredients: (3 Servings)
Tomatoes- 3 medium
Scotch bonnet- 2 small
Red bell pepper- 2 large
Green pepper- 2 medium
Yellow pepper- 1 medium
Carrot- 2 medium
Onions- 1 medium
Garlic- 1
Sweet corn- 1/3cup
Seasoning cube- 1
Salt
Curry powder
Cooking oil- 1tbsp
P.S You can add 140g of shredded smoked or boiled titus (mackerel) fish to make it a fish sauce instead for added protein nutrients…
Split the sauce into 3 equal portions and store in the fridge; each portion is one serving…
