49 days out from my natural bodybuilding competition, I’m on a 2200 calorie vegetarian cutting diet with 135g of protein. In this full day of eating, I’ll show exactly what I eat from morning to night to maintain muscle while getting shredded.
Meal breakdown:
Breakfast: Besan chilla (100g besan + 100g low-fat paneer + vegetables) + 150g sprouts
Lunch: 2 roti, 150g dal, mix veg, 100g curd
Pre-workout: Besan chilla + 1.5 scoop whey protein
Dinner: 2 roti, mix veg, salad
No eggs, no meat pure vegetarian bodybuilding prep.
This is how I’m pushing towards stage condition naturally, balancing training, recovery, and nutrition.
