For One Person
60 g Moong Dal (weight it & then soak it)
20 g Rice (weight it & then soak it)
75 g Spinach (you can blanch & add this too
Handful of coriander
1 green chilli
2 slices of ginger
Few ice cubes
20 g Cheese cut into small cubes & some grated
1/2 cup Corn & some more coriander
1/4 tsp eno

– Cool on medium flame to allow the moong dal batter to fluff up well
– Flip & cook on the other side too
– Use a good melting cheese, I used Britannia pizza cheese
