Hi Everyone!, A belated HAPPY NEW YEAR to you!

I hope you find this video helpful! Meal prepping is the way forward, especially if you have a busy life or a University degree to think about. I swore by the slow cooker at university but equally you could just cook the Spaghetti Bolognese as normal and still portion it up and freeze it! We spent £10 in Sainsbury’s and that made 10 portions (two of which were pretty big portions!).

If you are in university accommodation with very little freezer storage I would recommend making at the beginning of the week and putting some portions in the fridge for the week and some in the freezer for the future!

For my lunch meal prep I spent about £3/£4 and that made me a healthy lunch for two days (I also had a fair bit of left over broccoli)
