AVOCADO TOAST
-Gluten Free bread
-Avocado
-Salt and spices
PROTEIN PORRIDGE
-40 g Oats
-20 g ISO Whey Vanilla
-85 g Apple
-70 g frozen Berrys
– 5 g hemp seeds
– 20 g peanut butter
– 50 g banana
-cinnamon
I love to put the banana and apple in a pan with a little bit of water and let it heat up!
