Quick and Easy as well as healthy

Bread slices – 4
Paneer (grated or crumpled) – 1/2 cup
Onion –
Capsicum – 1
Green chili – 1
Salt – to taste
Butter – 3 tbsp
Tomato ketchup – to serve

Method
1. Mix paneer onion , green chilli, coriander leaves, capsicum mix well

2. Add salt, black paper,garam Masala

3. Mix well and mixture is ready

4. Take bread slice apply butter

5. You can use either white or brown bread

6. spread the mixture of paneer of bread slice

7. Cover it with another slice of buttered bread

8. Toast it in preheated sandwicher

9. Your Paneer Sandwich is ready ,to serve with Tomato ketchup

10. Serve it as Breakfast or evening Snacks
