Hi everyone, it’s Kinetik Mum Siân here and today’s vlog is all about SUGAR. Children in the U.K. are eating twice as much sugar as they should – I know my kids do, and I have a sweet tooth too 😬 so it’s time for us to do something about it.

I’ve put together some ideas for healthy food swaps that you can easily slip into your family diet to try and reduce everyone’s sugar intake – including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks!
