This savory oatmeal with poached egg, sun-dried tomatoes and cheese is so good and ready in less than 10 minutes!

½ cup rolled oats
½ cup water
½ cup milk (or water)
salt to your taste
1 egg
1-2 tbsp grated cheese
1 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes (optional)

In a saucepan add oats, salt, water and milk and cook until tender.
Then separately cook poached egg.
Serve oatmeal in a bowl, top with poached egg, grated cheese and small pieces of sun-dried tomatoes.
