Today I’m sharing 3 homemade salad dressings that are healthy and easy to make. They are vegan, oil free and creamy af! Are you ready to take your salads to the next level with these dressings?

Cashew sour cream (this recipe is also in my eBook! check it out below)
1 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight or in boiling water for 15 minutes
1⁄2 cup water
2 TBS lemon juice
1⁄2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1⁄2 tsp onion powder
1⁄2 tsp garlic powder
1⁄2 tsp salt
Add ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth
