1. Ragi-1 cup
2. Besan-1/4th cup
3. Heeng-1/2 tsp
4. Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
5. Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
6. Baking soda-1/4th tsp
7. Oil for frying
8. Seasoning mix- Black salt, peri peri masala, chaat masala-1/2 tsp each
9. Ghee-1 tsp
10. Luke warm water- approx 1 cup to be added in batches or as needed to make a semi soft dough
