Healthier Cheese Balls
(Makes 7-8)

Almost every kids favourite cheese balls made in a better way that you can give them often.

Method:
-Grind handful roasted makhana, 3tsp oats & 1tbsp sesame seeds to a powder.
-In the same blender, crush half cup boiled corn.
-In a bowl, add corn, 1/2cup grated paneer, chopped capsicum, fresh coriander, chilli flakes, pepper powder, salt to taste, 3tbsp full powder we made & 2 cube cheese grated.
-Mix well and make small balls.
-Cook in appe pan with some oil from all sides till golden brown cripsy.
