Ultimate Protein-Packed Chickpea Salad

Recipe
Ingredients:

🥜 Steamed white chana – ½ cup
🥒 Cucumber – ½ cup, chopped
🧅 Onion – ¼ cup, finely chopped
🍅 Tomato – ¼ cup, finely chopped
🌿 Fresh Coriander – 2 tbsp, chopped
🌱 Fresh Mint Leaves – 1 tbsp, chopped
🔴 Pomegranate Arils (Optional) – 2 tbsp
🧂 Salt – as per taste
⚫ Black Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp
🌶 Red Chili Powder – ¼ tsp
🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp

Method (Short & Crisp):

1️⃣ Steam or boil white chana and let them cool.
2️⃣ Chop cucumber, onion, tomato, coriander, and mint leaves.
3️⃣ In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
4️⃣ Add salt, black pepper, red chili powder, and lemon juice.
5️⃣ Toss well & enjoy this refreshing salad!
