Healthy Basil Tofu Fried Rice (detailed recipe👇🏼)
You all know i take my meals very seriously, each meal has to be high in protein and low calorie to complete my daily 120g of protein intake!💪🏻 This version of fried rice can be enjoyed while on your fitness journey and it has become my top favourite dinner option as it hardly takes any time to prepare.🙂↔️ Here’s the recipe SAVE it you will LOVE it!!🥰

I N G R E D I E N T S :
For Crunchy Tofu –
100gm tofu
1 tbsp special sauce (comment for the recipe)
For Rice –
1 tsp chilli garlic oil
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 onion
Veggies of Choice
– bell peppers
– broccoli
– french beans
– baby corns
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1/2 tbsp oregano
1 cup Basil
1/2 cup sticky rice
Crunchy Tofu
2 tbsp special sauce
For Garnish
– peanuts
– spring onions
– chilli garlic oil (comment for the recipe)
