To make Aloo Paneer Tikki

Grated Paneer – 200 Gms
Boiled Potatoes – 2 Nos
Chopped Onion – 1 No.
Chopped Green Chilli – 1 No.
Chopped Garlic -2 Nos
Chopped Ginger
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 Tsp (Buy:
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1/2 Tsp (Buy:
Cumin Powder – 1/2 Tsp (Buy:
Chaat Masala Powder – 1/2 Tsp (Buy:
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 Tsp (Buy:

Corn Flour – 11/2 Tbsp (Buy:
Oil – 11/2 Tbsp (Buy:

Method:
Grate paneer and boiled potatoes into a bowl.
Add onion, green chilli, garlic cloves, ginger, coriander leaves.
Add turmeric, Kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala powder, garam masala powder, salt, corn flour.
Mix till everything is well combined.
Take a little mixture into the hand and roll it into flat tikkis. Prepare the tikkis and keep them aside.
In a pan, add oil and place the tikkis spaciously.
Fry the tikkis on both the sides for 5 mins each on medium flame.
Serve the Aloo Paneer Tikki hot with mint chutney.
