I N G R E D I E N T S : (serves 1)

for Paneer –
150g homemade low fat paneer (recipe on my feed)
1 tsp chilli garlic oil (comment if u want recipe)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
1/2 tbsp oregano

for Per Peri Sauce
1 tsp oil
2 tomatoes
1 onion
3/4 garlic cloves
5/6 almonds (soaked and peeled)
1 tbsp peri peri powder
1 tsp salt
Water to adjust consistency
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp oregano

for Grilled Vegetables
1 tsp oil
Broccoli
Bell Peppers
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp chilli flakes

– serve with small portion of herbed rice šŸš
