Instant Multi millet Flour Dosa / Healthy Nutritious Dosa Recipe🍴
Here is a new variation of dosa with multi millet Flour . In this recipe I used some millet flours like Ragi, Jawar, Makka, and rice flour mix together to get a dosa batter which gives a very tasty, nutritious and healthy dish. It’s an instant dosa so no fermentation required. Try this most filling and Nutritious dosa and enjoy.
Ingredients:
1 cup ragi flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1/3 cup jwar flour
1/4 cup makkai flour
Salt to taste
Butter, ghee or oil
