Ingredients 👇

125g blueberries (4.4oz)
30g chia seeds (1.1oz)
90ml your choice of milk (I used unsweetened almond) (3.0fl oz)
160g high-protein vanilla or Greek yoghurt (5.6oz)
10g honey or maple syrup (0.35oz)
+ optional ½ lemon, juice & lemon zest

Mix everything together until well combined.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
