This was exactly what I was craving this morning! It was a filling portion & had 44g of protein! It was 5 points total on weightwatchers & about 500 calories.

I used two slices of sprouted wheat bread from Trader Joe’s for 3 points. For the French toast I used 1 egg, 1 tbsp egg whites, splash of fat free fairlife, cinnamon, vanilla extract & butter extract.

For the eggs I had to track 1 point for the ham & 1 for the cheese 😋
