🍓 Strawberry Chia Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
• Strawberries
• 1 banana
• 2–3 tbsp oats
• 4–5 almonds
• Milk
• Soaked chia seeds
• Chopped pistachios
Method:
1. Wash strawberries (vinegar + baking soda, rinse well).
2. Blend strawberries, banana, oats, almonds & milk until smooth.
3. Pour into bowl, add soaked chia seeds.
4. Top with strawberries & pistachios.
