Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Boiled Black Chickpeas
1/4 Cup Boiled Mung Beans
1/4 Cup Boiled White Peas
1/4 Cup Pomegranate Pearls
2 Green Chillies
For Dressing:
2 Tbsp Orange Juice
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Honey
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
Procedure:
-In a bowl gather all the sprouts – boiled black chickpeas, mung beans & white peas
-Add some Pomegranate pearls
-Add 2 green chillies
-Keep aside
-Halve an orange & squeeze juice from the half
-Add 2 tbsp of the juice to an empty jar with a lid
-Take a lemon & cut it into two
-Squeeze the wedge & extract 1 tbsp of lemon juice
– Add the lemon juice to the jar
-Add salt & red chilli flakes
-Shake the jar well
-Add the dressing to the salad & mix well
-Pack the salad for work as a healthy evening munch on!
