Ingredients
2 katoti soya chunks/ nutri (boiled)
2 tbsp corn flour
Salt as per taste🧂
1 coriander powder
Black pepper
Garam masala
2 tbsp curd

Mix all together and cook it for 5-10 minutes

Then for gravy
Ingredients
1 capsicum 🫑
1 tomato 🍅
You can use 1onion 🧅 (optional)
Black pepper
Kasuri methi
Coriander powder
Ketchup
2 cups water
Cook for 4-5 mins

Then add cooked soya chunks/nutri
Cook for10-15 mins in high flame 🔥
Then add fresh coriander 🌿

Serve it hot with bread or just eat jt as a snack
