Recipe

I. Ingredients:

300g purple cabbage

1 apple

20g cilantro (coriander leaves)

½ lemon

II. Instructions:

Shred the purple cabbage and apple into thin strips.

Cut the cilantro into sections.

III. Mixing:

In a large bowl, combine the shredded purple cabbage, apple, and cilantro.

Squeeze the juice from the half lemon over the ingredients.

Add 3g of sesame oil, a sprinkle of McCormick Parsley & Garlic Salt (to taste), and some toasted sesame seeds.

Toss everything together thoroughly until well combined.

The purple cabbage stays wonderfully crisp and absorbs the flavors perfectly. It’s so delicious, the whole family will love it!
