Ingredients (1 serving)
– ½ cup rolled oats
– 1 cup milk (or water)
– ½ banana, sliced/caramelized
– ½ apple, sliced
– ½ tsp chia seeds
– 1 tsp honey
– ½ tsp cinnamon
– 1 tsp butter
– Dry fruits/toppings of choice
Instructions
– Cook oats, cinnamon, handful of apples (extra sweetness) and chia seeds with milk until creamy.
– In a pan, melt butter. Add banana + apple
– Drizzle honey + sprinkle cinnamon. Cook until caramelized and golden.
– Spoon fruit over cooked oats. Top it with your choice of toppings and finish with extra honey and cinnamon if desired 🤍
