Day 17 of 30 days of Trader Joe’s meals!Honey miso glazed salmon with a cabbage stir fry 🤩 healthy and simple!
Salmon:
1/2” piece of ginger, finely minced
1 tbsp miso
1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tbsp honey
1lb salmon fillet
1. Mix the ingredients above and brush it onto the salmon.
2. Bake at 400 for 10 min. Broil for another 5 minutes until the sauce browns and bubbles.
Cabbage:
Slice cabbage into thin strips. Heat oil in a pan and cook the cabbage down. Season with TJ mushroom seasoning and salt and pepper. Add small increments of water (~1 tbsp) at a time to help soften the cabbage. It’s done when it’s softened enough but still has a bite to it.
