Healthy Veg Salad with Hung Curd Chutney
1️⃣ Blanch the lettuce in hot salted water for 1 minute.
2️⃣ Remove and place it in cold water, then drain well.
3️⃣ Chop cucumber, bell pepper, and carrot into small pieces.
4️⃣ Arrange the lettuce in a bowl and add the chopped vegetables.
5️⃣ For chutney: Blend hung curd, coriander, garlic, green chilli, fresh lemon juice, and salt.
6️⃣ Pour the creamy chutney over the salad.
7️⃣ Mix lightly and serve fresh.
