Episode 1 mein hum bana rahe hain Poha Suji Bites – jo banane mein bahut easy, light aur healthy breakfast option hai.
Is recipe ko banane ke liye ek bowl mein poha, suji, dahi aur thoda sa namak add karke achhe se mix kar lijiye aur 5 minute ke liye rest par rakh dijiye. 5 minute baad isme fresh hara dhaniya add karke chhote-chhote balls bana kar round shape de dijiye.
Ab ek kadayi mein 1 glass pani garam karke in balls ko 5–7 minute steam hone dijiye. Steam hone ke baad ye soft aur perfectly ready ho jayenge.
Ab ek kadayi mein thoda oil add kijiye aur usme jeera, mustard seeds, hing, hari mirch, sukhi lal mirch, safed til aur kadhi patta ka tadka laga lijiye. Isme kuch basic masale add karke poha suji bites daal dijiye aur 2 minute tak halka sa cook kar lijiye.
